Raphael Chimere Nwagbo is a result-oriented professional with competence and more than 5 years’ experience in transformation programming; developing and implementing systems, policies and procedures. Have successfully supported and partnered with organisations, institutions and grant making bodies including USAID, University of Manitoba (UoM), US Embassy, Heartland Alliance Nigeria, Institute of Human Virology (IHVN), FIDHA International Human Rights Agency, Global Fund (GF), Society for Family Health (SFH), APIN Public Health Initiative, Initiative Sankofa d’Afrique de l’Ouest (ISDAO) and more in health, human right and sexual and reproductive health and rights projects with remarkable successes. Raphael is passionate and has continued to contribute and advance development in the marginalised and key affected population.
