Doctoral researcher in Social Policy at the European University Institute (EUI) working on atypical employment growth, labour market policy and social security systems across EU countries. Based on cross-sectional and longitudinal micro-data analysis, her PhD project investigates the socio-economic characteristics and labour market transitions of independent workers in France, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria. It also analyses the policy-settings, focusing on labour market and welfare state institutions, that have accompanied non-standard work growth. Previously, she worked as an Analyst at the OECD and holds a Masters in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford, as well as a Bachelors Degree from the University of Cambridge.
