She has studied how social pressure and information sharing among groups can be effective tools to improve individual welfare. She has been involved in field experiments in Bangladesh, Uganda, and Germany

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of issues, including menstrual health in Bangladesh, financial accessibility for entrepreneurs in Uganda, psychological safety in knowledge workers, and the relevance of leadership in microfinance. I am highly skilled in analyzing data to inform decision-making and I am dedicated to breaking down barriers and promoting equity in all areas of my work.
