I am an expert of policy design, policy analysis, and financial inclusion policy. 10+ years of experience in the design, development and delivery of program and policy to promote social and economic opportunity (education, financial resilience, women empowerment, employment) in Indonesia. I produced comparative analysis on a national strategy for financial inclusion from UK, Oceania and South-East Asia countries. Also new analytical frameworks to explain how policymakers develop a coalition and learn by adopting human centred-design. I worked with both qualitative and quantitative method.
