Frank's main interests are in Environmental Economics, Economics of Science, Economic modelling and Education & Consensus Formation, in particular in the role that networks play in the economic and ecological, or sociological, processes in these fields. Frank has been a visiting academic at Grinnell College (USA), Imperial College London (UK) and St. John's College (Cambridge, UK). As a side interest he is very interested in the role and nature of narratives in (economic) story-telling and disinformation campaigns.
