I'm a researcher and community organiser based at the Sydney Policy Lab. For a decade I founded and ran the Sydney Alliance (which brings diverse communities together across Sydney). I also host a podcast that talks about inclusion and social change called ChangeMakers Podcast.

Dr Amanda Tattersall uses decades long experience as a community organiser to create broad and deep co-design research involving tens of thousands of participants across Australia and beyond. Her approach is called the Relational Method.
She has a PhD from the University of Sydney, founded and led the Sydney Alliance and is a postdoctoral fellow on social change strategy at the University of Sydney. She works as a research and education lead at the Sydney Policy Lab based at the University of Sydney. She is also an emerging commentator on disability policy, namely on issues of mental health and lived experience.
