Researcher at LISER (Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research), formerly CEPS/INSTEAD (Luxembourg public research institution), since July 2008, and associate research fellow at CREM (UMR CNRS 6211 - Rennes, France). I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Rennes 1.
My research work is mainly focused on innovative work practices and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) uses in firms. My main research questions assess their influence on employees outcomes (such as motivations, job satisfaction, commitment, quit intentions, etc.).
All of my research is based on an empirical approach. I use both survey data and experimental data. I supervised surveys and laboratory experiments to collect data dedicated to my research topics.
My work has been published in academic journals such as European Economic Review, Industrial Relations, Economic and Industrial Democracy, Applied Economics.
