Over the last 17 years Clare has worked for a wide range of international organisations including DFID, UNDP, OECD, European Commission, World Bank and Amnesty International. Clare provides regular inputs to the OECD GENDERNET on gender and fragility issues, as well as regularly undertakes research on inclusion and peacebuilding for the Norwegian Centre for Conflict Resolution.
