Introduction
Caroline Nyaga holds a Bachelor of Education degree with Specialization in Biology and Chemistry and a Master of Arts degree in Education from Liverpool John Moore's University in the United Kingdom. Caroline is an expert in STEM education where she has taken the lead in promoting STEM and STEAM education to increase the number of girls in STEM career pathways across Africa. Caroline is a STEM educator, she leads the network of Women's network in STEAM of ASAE and spearheaded the representation of girls and women in male dominated fields. She is the CEO of Women in STEAM Initiative, Kenya.

Caroline is the founder/ CEO of Women in STEAM initiative, empowering, educating and engaging girls and young women in STEM. From the lens of inclusion and inclusive policy, she heads the African Women's Network in STEAM of the Alliance STEAM Afrika Education and is the Vice President of Wi STEM Africa. Caroline is taking the lead in enhancing gender equality in STEM to increase the number of girls confident to take male dominated STEM fields and equipping digital literacy skills among the population of youths in rural communities in Africa in line with the onset of 21st century skills.
