Dr. Sudeshna Ghosh is a Professor of Regional Planning, in the Department of Geography and Regional Planning at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. Ghosh is a scholar in the areas of urban and community planning, land use planning, smart city and resiliency planning. She also instructs planning history, global cities, sustainability studies, seminar and study abroad courses. She has a Bachelors in Architecture (BESU, Shibpur, India), Masters in City Planning (IIT Kharagpur, India), and PhD in Regional Development Planning (University of Cincinnati).
