Dr Haitham founded and headed a number of strategic studies centers( think tanks) in Egypt and the Arabian Gulf ,He has published a number of studies in strategic planning, institutional development, and guidelines for crisis management, He is the author of the book Defense strategy by development, It has been listed as a scientific reference in the libraries of Harvard, Stanford, New York, Washington, and California university.
