Anna is an expert in economic and political development. Her PhD at Cambridge looks into industrial policies and market forces involved in the evolution of aircraft manufacturing sector in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Anna is also a teaching fellow at SOAS where she is supervising students in the Political Economy of Development module. Mrs. Bilous also lectures in Public Policy and Development at the Kyiv School of Economics, a leading business school in Ukraine.
