Dilipsing holds a MA in Economics. He has 9 years of experience in the field of Knowledge Management (KM) with international organizations and government agencies. His experience includes work on a UNDP and Government of Iraq’s public sector modernization program where he was in-charge of applying the tools and procedures of a knowledge audit (KA), providing recommendations and steps for creating KM action plan and building local capacity to implement it. He has also experience of designing and implementing KM Strategy and developing a training program and manual. He has worked on integrating KM for water and sanitation sector, Agriculture, Rural Development and Statistical organization. He has worked with various UN Agencies UNDP, UNOPS, IFAD and Joint Analysis Unit.
