Mayowa addresses education reform and economic liberation for people of African descent. She is at the University of Pennsylvania as a master of social policy student, social justice scholar, Perry World House Graduate Associate, and intern at the African American Resource Center. Mayowa also holds a bachelor's in psychology from Howard University. Before beginning her master's at Penn, Mayowa worked full-time at Howard's Ralph J. Bunche International Affairs Center. Most recently, interned onsite at the University of Botswana researching graduate education.

He holds a PhD in small business finance and is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK. His research has primarily been on SMEs, with emphasis on working capital management. Through collaborative research he has developed research interest in the field of finance, Corporate Governance, and e-banking, financial literacy and digital literacy.

I am Senior Lecturer in Banking at the University of Manchester and currently Head of Management and Organisation Studies group. I was Director for Social Responsibility at the Business School. I am Associate Editor of Journal of Cultural Economy and have published extensively on socially responsible finance. My research interests are socially responsible finance and business and cultural economy. I have acted as consultant and advisor to public and private institutions internationally and advised research projects internationally in Denmark, Germany, Finland, Portugal, Brazil, U.K.
