SHORT DESCRIPTION

This e-team examines the bioethical response to the situation of refugees. It draws on and discusses the work of the International Bioethics Committee of UNESCO (IBC).

 

The main deliverable of this e-team's work is the collection and analysis of up-to-date best practice in the particular area of refugee access to health-care. This includes an examination of the ethical challenges, as well as the challenges to public health, of the situation of refugees and the global ethical responsibilities.
