The following webinars including testimonies may be critically analysed in the context of Afrophobia and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, notably SDG 10 & SDG 16.

In 2019, the World Council of Churches held a series of webinars on Racism for the year's thematic focus of Pilgrimage of Justice and Peace (PJP). The WCC Commission of the Churches on International Affairs (CCIA), organised a series of eight WCC CCIA regional expert Webinars on the issue of racism and racial justice from August to December 2019. The aim of the webinars was to explore how racism manifests itself in the respective regions, learn about the work that churches and ecumenical partners are doing in this respect, identify synergies and avenues for possible collaboration on Webinar on Racism in the North American context - YouTube

The World Council of Churches, together with the National Council of The Churches of Christ in the USA also organised, "The experience of people of African descent in the USA, " a live-streamed hearing as an opportunity to learn about the racial discrimination, xenophobia and afrophobia that people of African descent experience in the USA,  acknowledging and reaffirming the role of faith communities as agents of transformative justice in the face of racial injustice. On 22 November 2021,  the WCC hosted the webinar, “Debt Cancellation as Anti-Racism in times of Black Lives Matter protests”, which explored how debt cancellation for African and other developing countries can be an instrument for overcoming racism.
