Munir holds a Ph.D. in Education. He is an Assistant Professor of Education at a public-sector university in Pakistan. He is the recipient of the Global Heumann Fellow and Charles Wallace Trust Fellow and has contributed to drafting inclusive education policy for Pakistan and Turkey. He is credited for his global models, including socio-ethrical model of inclusivity.
