This e-team examines leadership efforts in education (K-12 and higher educaiton) that create more inclusive educational environments.  The increasing emphasis on inclusion and diversity in education around the world reflects an on-going focus on treating education as a human right and lifelong learning as a modern day necessity.  Effective leadership is necessary for the development and implementation for more inclusive organizational cultures.  This e-team will discuss the important issue of inclusion in education, some of which have been outlined in the following article, http://www.universityworldnews.com/article.php?story=20161102112722844.  This group will serve as a forum to further discuss these and other emerging inclusion issues, especially those directly dealing with educational leadership.
