The objective of our research team is to provide an overview of the health situation experienced by Internationally Displaced People (IDPs) in Bogotá and offers recommendations to inform municipal and national policies to improve health care access for IDPs. In many ways, these issues expand beyond the context of Bogotá and are applicable to other conflict-ridden countries burdened by internal displacement to urban centres.
