Since 2012, the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy has been experimenting with new forms of social intervention, called "community lab". These laboratories are based on case analysis, aiming to better understand today's communities and promote user involvement.

This documentation of the professional practices of social workers serves as a shareable experience document for social workers and social work training schools in France.
