Senior Correspondent - Journaliste en Danger (JED)

Tuverekwevyo Muhindo Wundi Tuver (Mr.): is a Senior Correspondent working with Journaliste en Danger (JED) based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. 
Tuver Wundi has been a defender of press freedom rights since 2003. He also works as a lecturer and researcher in   Communications, environment and development in a number of Universities in DRC.
Tuver has been threatened on several occasions for his work as a human rights and freedom of expression activist. In 2013, he was featured by IFEX, a global press freedom network as a targeted activist during the network's campaign against impunity. He is a member of the Steering Committee of the African Freedom of Expression Exchange (AFEX), a continental network of press freedom organisations in Africa. Tuver Wundi is also coordinator of the network of environmental journalists in North Kivu and Editor-in-chief at Radio Télévision  Nationale  Congolaise (RTNC ) in Goma,  East of the DRC.
