As Minister of Information and Communication Technology in Namibia, he has also served as elected Chair of the general conference of UNESCO's 195 Member States from 2015-17. He previously served as Namibia's rep on the UNESCO Executive Board for 4 years.
He has over 30 years of professional, managerial and governance experience.
