World Press Freedom Day 2018

Moses Magoola (Mr.) works with the Human Rights Network for Journalists – Uganda, as the Programmes Manager. He is a specialist in governance, particularly in the areas of human rights, peace and conflict. He is also a media specialist and a commentator on national media on governance.  Mr. Magoola has worked with a number of NGOs in Uganda, including the Center for Conflict Resolution, Human Rights Network – Uganda. He has participated in the process of enacting the National legislation on Access to Information, the Peace, Recovery and Development Plan for Northern Uganda as well as the Campaign for the Domestication of the Rome Statute.  Mr. Magoola also has academic qualifications in Political Science, International Relations and Diplomacy.
