Madieyna Bakhoum Diallo

Deputy Director - Centre for Judiciary Training in Dakar

Mr Madieyna Bakhoum Diallo is the Deputy Director of the Centre for Judiciary Training in Dakar (Senegal). In this role, he assists the Director in the strategic direction of the institute, especially with respect to the organization and monitoring of education sessions, examinations and competitions. After graduating in 1996 from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar with a Master’s in business law, he went on to obtain his Magistrate diploma from the Judiciary Training Institute of Dakar in 1999. In 2001, he also obtained a diploma in Training Engineering and Pedagogical Engineering at the National School of the Judiciary (Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature) of Bordeaux (France). From 1999 to 2011, he served as judge in different regional Senegalese courts and held the position of counselor at the Court of Appeal of Saint-Louis. In 2011, he became the Deputy Director of the Centre for Judiciary Training in Dakar. The Centre for Judiciary Training is the executive secretary of a network of 10 judicial training institutes linked to the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie, in West Africa.
