World Press Freedom Day 2018

Jonathan Bock is the Coordinator of the Freedom of Expression Studies Center of the Foundation for Freedom of the Press, a civil society organization, which since 1996 has as its mission the defense and promotion of freedom of expression in Colombia. He is a journalist with a Master's Degree in Communication and International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He has led different projects focused on the protection and defense of journalists, as well as several investigations on the state of freedom of expression in Colombia. One of those projects is the Journalists Protection Wiki, an interactive platform for journalists, governments, researchers and regional and international organizations working on free press and journalists protection.
