El Hadji Abdoulaye Seye

Founder of AICA (Agence d’Information et de Communication Africaine)

El Hadji was in charge of operating, networking and maintaining the PanAfrican News Agency (PanaPress). He also participated in restructuring and redeploying PanaPress in Africa. Moreover, he worked as IS Technical Analyst and IS System Analyst for Philip Morris West & Central Africa. His work at the Lausanne headquarters in accordance with group procedures and policies contributed to setting up the finished-products factory for West and Central Africa in Dakar. El Hadji Abdoulaye Seye was technical director between 2006 and 2009 of the African News Agency, which he then directed for six years as Interim Managing Director of the Director General. 

Fourteen years of agency experience have earned him a network of African journalists, authorities, individuals from international organizations and from the private sector with whom he has had to collaborate in several projects and on various fields.
