World Press Freedom Day 2018

Dhikra Sarsam, born in Baghdad 1965, studied civil engineering and plastic arts .  Founding member of Burj Babel for Media Development Organization. Worked as civil engineer, program officer at USAID,TV production Manager at Al Mada Establishment, Reporter at Mawtani electronic newspaper, Field Monitor at USAID, Project Manager  of "PEACE AND STABILIZATION OPERATIONS PROGRAM IN NINEVEH AND ANBAR", Project Manager of a number of projects which were granted to Burj Babel for Media Development. Script writer of a number of documentaries produced by Al Mada and Burj Babel. Participated in a number of International  Painting symposiums.
