World Press Freedom Day 2018

Babatunde Okunoye is the Research Officer at Paradigm Initiative, taking the lead on producing all research related output that contributes to the organisation’s capacity building and advocacy work. He co-authored Paradigm Initiative’s first Digital Rights in Africa report, “Chocking the Pipe: How Governments Hurt Internet Freedom on a Continent That Needs More Access” (released at the 2016 Internet Governance Forum, Mexico) and the Nigeria report, “State of the Nation: Status of Internet Freedom in Nigeria” (launched to commemorate World Information Society Day 2016).
