Paul Dillon worked as a journalist for nearly two decades in Canada, Southeast- and Central Asia.
He joined the International Organization for Migration, the UN’s Migration Agency, as its media officer and spokesman in Indonesia shortly after the 2004 Asian tsunami, and has managed numerous development communications projects since that time.
