Helle Wahlberg has a broad international background working as a communications professional within media, communications and international development. Before joining International Media Support in Copenhagen as Head of Communications in mid 2010, she was based in London working for the UK government’s Department for International Development (DFID) in the press office focusing on media, health and youth issues. Prior to this, Helle spent eight years with UNDP Nordic Office focusing on communications, press and advocacy. Helle is an experienced advisor in tailoring and implementing country-based, development programme communication and press strategies in Asia, Africa, the UK and Nordic countries.
