The collection consists of documents such as claims forms, trials, accusations, resolutions, among others, with dates from 1908 to 1918. Is the |, first standing tribunal for International Law in the world, according to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. For the first time in the world acknowledgment of human being’s capacity to demand upon the States is stressed. Individuals are granted the quality of subject of international law (previously reserved only to the States). The above mentioned provision contributed to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
