Establishing collaborative initiatives between mental health and primary care services for ethnocultural populations

This toolkit is a guide for providers wishing to establish or enhance the mental health services they provide through collaboration. Eight populationā€specific toolkits, entitled Establishing collaborative initiatives between
mental health and primary care services, are designed to be used in conjunction with the
general toolkit.  They offer tips on adapting the general toolkit for Aboriginal Peoples, children and adolescents, ethnocultural populations, rural and isolated populations,
seniors, individuals with serious mental illness, individuals with substance use disorders
and urban marginalized populations.
