Mr. Samatov is an expert of the UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab. He works closely with the World Economic Forum, being an active member of its Expert Network as well as its Global Shapers Community. Previously, Mr. Samatov interned at the investment banking arm of BNP Paribas. He also headed the Russian National Group of the European Law Students’ Association. He earned a law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Mr. Samatov is attracted to the intellectual diversity of the UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab, to new networking opportunities, lively academic debate and joint research projects.
