Artificial Intelligence has revolutionary impact on global politics, society and wellbeing. It is a 'new technology' and there are apprehensions about its usage and influence on human cognitive capabilities. It has emerged at a time when the world is facing polarization and mis-dis information which is adversely affecting human solidarities especially of marginalized communities. How can we build a responsible AI and work towards inclusive societies? How can social scientists work together for using technology for human betterment without inflicting harm on human economy, health and wellbeing? The team intends to discuss and investigate these issues through qualitative and quantitative methods using intersectional approach.
