360-Degree Law Based on A Transdisciplinary Chair for Profound Analysis and Sustainable Solutions
Objectives:
1. Analysis of Current Legal Trends and Research
Investigate contemporary metamorphoses in society that require transdisciplinary analysis to understand and address.
2. Creation of a Chair of Transdisciplinarity in Law
Develop the structure and objectives of the Chair to facilitate collaboration between specialists in law and other relevant fields.
3. Promoting Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Research and Education
Implement research and education programmes that encourage collaboration between the Faculty of Law and other faculties, promoting transdisciplinary approaches.
4. Exploring the Impact of Transdisciplinarity in Practical Law
Examine how transdisciplinary approaches can improve legal solutions and strategies applied in practice.
