The new 2012-2016 Strategic Plan focuses on the continued expansion of the Education System, within the possible limits to guarantee the quality of the educational services offered, through exploring several delivery modalities, including distance learning and benefitting from the potential of new technologies. In this context, special attention is paid to early childhood development as being crucial for our children’s academic and social success and to the development of competencies to guarantee a qualified human resources base capable of innovating the production and delivery of goods and services.
