The International Choir and Philharmonic Orchestra - Amine KOUIDER

In 1997, Amine Kouider founded the International Choir and Philharmonic Orchestra, working to spread the message of tolerance, peace and rapprochement of cultures through music. As Artistic Director and founder of the Algeria-France Symphonic Orchestra, bringing together Algerian and French musicians, he champions the bridging of cultures between the two countries.
Both Amine Kouider and the International Phimarmonic Choir and Orchestra were designated UNESCO Artists for Peace in April 1999, in ligh of their commitment to promote Tolerance and the Culture of Peace through their musical activities. The Orchestra, made up of 120 singers and 40 musicians of over 15 different nationalities, offers a variety of symphonic and operatic repertoires, traditional Western, Slavic and Oriental.
