40th Session of the General Conference - 12-27 November 2019

The Delegates’ Information Bureau is responsible for the communication related to the work of the General Conference. It includes :

• Website of the 40th session : where you will find all documents to download; information on logistics; programmes; side events; who is who; photo galleries; video; live transmissions; list of speakers; list of speeches; practical guide; previous sessions …
• Daily e-Journal: where delegates and the public can find the agenda of the proceedings of the day and the factual report on debates and proceedings of the previous day. It provides information on the daily side events including special meetings and official visits.
• Announcements: flat-screens located on the ground floors of Fontenoy and Bonvin buildings. You will find information in real time on agendas and timetables of commissions, results of elections etc.; special announcements.
