Credentials Committee
The Credentials Committee will meet from 10 a.m. on Tuesday 12 November until 6 p.m. on Wednesday 13 November 2019, in Room VIII.
The Credentials Committee shall examine and report to the Conference without delay on the credentials of the delegations of Member States and Associate Members, of representatives of the United Nations and the specialized agencies, and of observers sent by non-Member States and other intergovernmental organizations.
The Credentials Committee (Rules 32 and 33 of the Rules of Procedure) consists of nine members elected at the first plenary meeting of the General Conference on the proposal of the Temporary President.
It will present its first report to the plenary at the end of its second meeting and will hold as many further meetings as may be necessary.
Until the Credentials Committee has made its report and the General Conference given a ruling, all delegations will be attending provisionally, with the right to vote.
