A new policy paper released by the Global Education Monitoring Report says cities need to pull their weight in using education to help migrants and refugees feel included. Released ahead of the UNHCR Global Refugee Forum next month to mark the one-year anniversary of the Global Compact on Refugees, the paper highlights the increasingly important role of cities using education as a lever for the inclusion of people on the move.
