As part of the research team, Francesca Endrizzi is a specialist and contributes on thematic and monitoring analysis in the field of adult and vocational education. She joined the Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Report in 2018 as a Junior Professional officer (JPO), financed by her country, Italy.
Prior to moving to Paris, she investigated education policies and practices targeted at young adults in vulnerable situations at the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association. As part of a collaborative field research project funded by the European Commission, she worked with different European universities in the adult education sector.
She also took upon analyst roles in adult learning and social innovation policy in Bonn, Germany, and Brussels, and in strategy and planning at the European Food Safety Authority.
She holds a master’s in International relations from the Free International University of Social Studies (LUISS) Guido Carli, in Rome, completed by a fall term spent at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and a bachelor’s in Political Science from University of Padua.
