Nihan Koseleci Blanchy joined the Report Team in January 2013. Previously, she worked a research consultant with Education Reform Initiative based in Istanbul, mainly in a project aiming to improve the quality and relevance of vocational education and training in Turkey. Between 2006 and 2010, she held the position of research and policy analyst with the Understanding Children’s Work Programme based in Rome. She has contributed to a range of reports on issues relating to child labour, education and youth employment in many low and middle income countries. Nihan has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Galatasaray in Istanbul and a Masters degree in Development Economics from the University of Paris 1 (Pantheon-Sorbonne).
