Multi-Donor Programme on Freedom of Expression and Safety of Journalists

Special Accounts at UNESCO are normally multi-year and pooled contributions from several donors. UNESCO provides consolidated financial narrative reporting on the use of the pooled resources rather than on the contributions of individual donors. Contributions are implemented in line with the Results Based Framework. Donors’ contributions are processed through a mutually signed contribution letter. Standard programme support costs apply at a rate of 7% .
