Educating for Sustainable Development through Heritage Interpretation
The report on the main outcomes of the second regional workshop for Europe on “The Role of Visitor Centres in UNESCO Designated Sites” held in Bamberg, Germany, on 6-8 October 2019 has just been released. Organized by UNESCO through its Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe, the workshop focused on the interplay between heritage interpretation and education for sustainable development and on their integration in the work of such centres.
