IHP National Committees

National Committees and Focal Points for the International Hydrological Programme in Latin America and the Caribbean

 

The National Committees are established by the Member States and Associate Members and play a critical role in the implementation of the IHP-LAC as a liaison between the Programme itself and the Member States. The constitution of the National Committees may differ from country to country, reflecting the national capabilities and existing institutional structure.
