Water, gender and climate in Latin America and the Caribbean: better data for improved adaptation strategies
Since 2014, UNESCO and WWAP have been working to promote gender equality and the empowerment of women in the water sector. For this purpose, a set of tools for the collection and analysis of data on water and gender has been developed, which includes an innovative methodology and a set of indicators for the collection and analysis of data disaggregated by sex.
We invite you to participate in the present webinar aimed at providing an approach from the point of view of policies, local and regional experiences. We will also launch the 2019 edition of the UNESCO WWAP Toolkit and the Capacity Development Programme.
