YouthMobile Training Workshop for Mobile Application Development
UNESCO is partnering with The Ministry of Education and Samsung Electronics in training of secondary school students to develop mobile applications. The training, in batches of 25 students each commences in Abuja, Nigeria on 27th July, 2015 and ends on 21st August ,2015 with each batch spending two weeks for the training.
The MIT open source App Inventor (http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/) curriculum is being used for the training and students are expected to complete the Beginner and Intermediate levels of the curriculum.
