Your 1% Counts for Creativity

The IFCD, the fund established by the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, invests in creativity and supports projects that spark transformational change in developing countries.<br /><br />This event, which marks the launch of the "Your 1% Counts for Creativity" fundraising campaign, will be followed by the fourth Conference of the Parties of the 2005 Convention that will take place from 11 until 14 June 2013.<br /><br /><br />Following IFCD projects will be featured during the exchange and debate session:<br />. A vocational school creates new job options for young Argentinians<br />. New training centre helps indigenous youth gain cultural industry jobs<br />. Training Senegalese cultural managers in cultural policy implementation<br />.
