A Training workshop on life and work skills for youth in Lebanon and Syria

The workshop will address the overall challenges of teaching life and work skills including entrepreneurship and digital skills within TVET institutions.

The workshop aims at examining the role of life and work skills learning in facilitating for youth employment and or self-employment and reinforcing TVET quality and relevance in the context of Lebanon and Syria. It will also identify current reform efforts and explore areas of development to ensure the contributing of Life and Work Skills to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The study and workshop will also explore new areas of analysis such as in digital economies; links with innovation and creativity. Involve relevant stakeholders in the discussion, study findings, develop a set of essential life, and work skills required by LM to support and facilitate youth employment and or self-employment.
