Training Workshop on Human Rights-Based Approach and Results-Based Management
Within the Framework of the NET-MED Youth Project, the UNESCO Office in Rabat will organize a training workshop on Human Rights-Based Approach and Results-Based Management, targeting the members of the National Advisory Group on Youth. The workshop will take place in Tunis (Tunisia) from 20 to 22 February 2015.
This training is part of the NET-MED Youth project (Networks of Mediterranean Youth 2014- 2017), implemented in 10 countries of the Southern Mediterranean region, including Tunisia.
It aims to strengthen capacity for strategic planning, policy analysis and evaluation towards results based management with opportunities for the Advisory Group on Youth to support the review of policies and programmes focused on Elaboration, revision, operationalization of Youth Public Policies.
12 members of the Advisory Group on Youth and national experts will participate.
Through simulation exercices, case studies and working groups, the Advisory Group on Youth can acquaint themselves with the principals and practices related to the Human Rights-Based Approach and Results-Based Management in the process of programming and planification.
At the end of this training, the participants will be able to:
- Improve their knowledge on the international regulatory framework via a Human-Rights-Based Approach and on the Tunisian’s Human Rights context.
- Strengthen their knowledge of national, regional, or international instruments and instances of protection in Human Rights.
- Develop a logical framework and a performance monitoring matrix on Youth development in Tunisia.
